Job description
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team at Syntho. In this pivotal role, you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

• Support clients with deploying and using the Syntho platform in their environment.
• Manage client success through onboarding, training, and practical application of the Syntho platform.
• Act as the primary contact for client technical inquiries.
• Provide technical training and demonstrations, explaining technical aspects of our software in easily understandable language.
• Support pre-sales activities by offering technical guidance in discussions, tenders, and proposals.

Job requirements

• MSc in Computing Science or technical-related major.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Technical expertise in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, (private) cloud, on-premise solutions, and data catalogs.
• Affinity with AI & Analytics, and Software Development & Testing.
• Knowledge of deployments via Docker and Kubernetes for on-premise and cloud.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into language understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and client guidance.
• Organized, problem-solving nature, with excellent time management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
• A proactive, energetic personality with a drive to continually seek new ways to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
