Job description
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team at Syntho. In this pivotal role, you'll build and maintain strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients in implementing and tailoring our software to fit their specific environments and needs.
• Leading customer success during onboarding, training, and usage of the Syntho platform.
• Serving as the first point of contact for technical queries from clients.
• Delivering training and demos, explaining technical aspects of our software in easily understandable language.
• Assisting in pre-sales processes by providing technical expertise during customer discussions, tenders, and proposals.

Job requirements

• MSc in Computer Science or technical-related major.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Technical expertise in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, (private) cloud, on-premise solutions, and data catalogs.
• Affinity with AI & Analytics, and Software Development & Testing.
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into language understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and client guidance.
• Organized, problem-solving nature, with excellent time management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
• A proactive, energetic personality with a drive to continually seek new ways to enhance customer success and satisfaction.
