Role Description

• Assessing and developing ways to improve and scale Syntho's products.
• Advising customers on how to integrate our solution within their data landscape.
• Deploy and integrate our solution within a wide variety of organizations.
• Help improve our development and testing practices.
• Find, identify and implement new methods for improving our software solution, i.e. monitoring, release management and licensing
• Actively participate in strategy sessions with respect to our release, versioning, licensing and deployment methods.
• Develop internal tools and solutions to automate processes and increase efficiency.

Who we need?

• A startup mindset and ambition to work in a startup environment.
• Master’s degree in ideally Computing Science. Also, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, Physics or Mathematics could be a fit.
• Experience with setting up data environments for testing, development and analytics.
• 3+ years working experience.
• 8+ years programming experience.
• Interest in advising Syntho’s customers on how to integrate our solution within their data landscape.
• Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD and Terraform, Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and networking
• Experience with several cloud providers, specifically Azure and GCP is a plus
• Experience with SaaS (software as a service) solutions or B2B software solutions is a plus.
• Ability to become proficient with our solution quickly and understand our products’ technical capabilities.
• Energetic and proactive personality.
• Professional fluency in English.
