Your Role: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Syntho’s sales pipeline.

You’ll focus on outbound lead generation, engaging prospects, and creating high-quality opportunities for our Business Development team.

This is a hands-on role with ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive outbound lead generation initiatives

  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities

  • Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers

  • Create prospect lists with relevant contacts and insights

  • Develop and test creative outreach strategies

  • Leverage sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability

Job requirements

Your Profile

Sales & Communication

  • Experience in sales and/or lead generation

  • Strong ability to engage prospects and spark interest

  • Skilled in building trust with senior decision-makers

  • Comfortable positioning a technical product in a compelling way

Domain & Learning Ability

  • Experience with complex B2B solutions is a plus

  • Affinity with data, technology, or AI

  • Fast learner with the ability to understand customer challenges quickly

  • Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real problems

Execution & Ownership

  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven

  • Ability to build and improve repeatable sales processes

  • Ownership of your pipeline and territory

  • Structured yet creative in your approach
