Your Role: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Syntho’s sales pipeline.
You’ll focus on outbound lead generation, engaging prospects, and creating high-quality opportunities for our Business Development team.
This is a hands-on role with ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive outbound lead generation initiatives
Conduct cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities
Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
Create prospect lists with relevant contacts and insights
Develop and test creative outreach strategies
Leverage sales tools to improve efficiency and scalability
Job requirements
Your Profile
Sales & Communication
Experience in sales and/or lead generation
Strong ability to engage prospects and spark interest
Skilled in building trust with senior decision-makers
Comfortable positioning a technical product in a compelling way
Domain & Learning Ability
Experience with complex B2B solutions is a plus
Affinity with data, technology, or AI
Fast learner with the ability to understand customer challenges quickly
Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real problems
Execution & Ownership
Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
Ability to build and improve repeatable sales processes
Ownership of your pipeline and territory
Structured yet creative in your approach
Startup Mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Entrepreneurial attitude with a “get things done” mentality
Excited to help build and shape a scaling sales organization
Experience with sales tools (e.g., CRM, outreach tools) is a plus
